Legends have it that back in the day Hrungnir had many concubines. But over time, he got tired of all of them. He killed all, but four who he ordered to blind and lock up in the caves under the poisonous river. You can get there only via the roots of silver willows: they grew on the shore, full of sorrow of innocent prisoners. Each of the lady giants keeps in her memory the image of Hrungnir and one of the runes that formed her secret name. Draw runes on four ancient stones and unlock the way to the caves. Find the hapless giant ladies there and bring them their eyes back! If you're lucky, you can find the runes and the eyes in the Skull Caskets.

I heard Hrungnir yell up there, in his castle! I’m not surprised – someone dared to break his will and briefly restore the sight of his concubines! Hrungnir would be glad to forget about his past evil deeds, but he can’t – they poison his memory. Besides, concubines knew Hrungnir’s secret name – and that’s why they still have power over him! The hapless lady giants will once again lose their eyes – but you will bring their sight back again and again, tormenting the soul of the insane King and making him weaker! Don’t feel bad for Hrungnir, ^n – he deserved the never-ending torture!

Take the Skull Caskets away from the giants and monsters that dwell on the mountain slopes. In them you will find the runes that you need to draw on the four ancient stones. Only after this the silver willows will let you pass into the caves where the lady giants are locked up. Fear of the bowls of sorrow filled with vilum-poisoned water! Lady giants’ eyes are a great rarity, but you can find them in the Skull Caskets!
