Admiral gave me the clearest of instructions – take the broom of witch Wickedora to the secret prison. Why – I have no idea. The guys who were ordered to do it got everything done in the best possible way. And only Admiral knows what he was going to do with this broom. If you want to – check it out, but I wouldn't be going to the Dungeon if I were you. It’s easy to get in there, but getting out could be a problem. Got it?
A man! Wickedora sent me here! She said you should take this elixir – it will help you disenchant the freaks! And then you’re on your own!
You came here to help us? Subjects of the Spring King who were secretly abducted are brought to this prison on the orders of Admiral! Octopus conducts creepy experiments with prisoners here! He is trying to change their appearance, but all he gets are just scary freaks – just like him. I'm next in line, so don't delay, I beg you! Wickedora’s elixir will help my fellow sufferers bring their original appearance back, but we first must unlock the cells! The guards must have the keys.
Now you can open all the cells and bring the original appearance back to the prisoners! Please don’t delay! I can’t stay in this awful place any longer!

It didn’t work! The poor souls only got their original appearance for a little while! I think I’m starting to get it... Octopus once mentioned that Wickedora’s broom is hidden somewhere nearby, it’s stronger than the magic of the elixir, and it brings the ugly appearance back to the prisoners. Everything is clear! We must find the broom! After all, isn’t that why you’re here?
Unlock all the cells to bring their original appearance back to the poor souls using Wickedora’s elixir!
