The last days are approaching. Wanting to protect the Snow Elves from Chernobog evil, I ordered to install this altar in the middle of the village. The true power of the North lies within. But the protective magic is getting weaker with each passing day. This is all because of Chernobog and his nefarious deeds! The grim old man longs to turn the Snowy Bound into a dead desert. The power of the altar must be restored. There are a lot of Chernobog's servants hanging about nearby. Following his orders, they looted our jewelry boxes made from Krakatuk nut shell and are now carrying them on them. Runes of the North are hidden in these jewelry boxes – collect forty runes and leave them at the altar to restore the magic!
The protective magic is restored, and the snow is once again swirling over the Snow Elf village. But Chernobog's malice is still brewing somewhere in the depths of the island. Ancient enchantments are made up from the runes of the North. Wanting to destroy the protection, Chernobog's servants erase and steal these runes at night. We only can hope for the best and get the runes where they belong every time the sun rises.
The runes of the North are hidden in the boxes made of Krakatuk nutshell that Chernobog's minions always carry on them. Battle those who are as strong as you are, or perhaps even superior to you, collect these boxes and search for the runes of the North inside. After you find forty runes, leave them on the altar.
