After protracted efforts you now understand how the dead can regain flesh and soul. Thus, you have comprehended the essence of Albedo. The time has come to advance to the third stage of the Great Work. Its name is Citrinitas, and its color is yellow. But Totenhof corrupted the third stage, painting it in a painful shade – not sunny and golden, but of puss filled wounds. Such wounds covered the island where the gold mines were. The pus must be destroyed, for which the Peacock Topaz has been sent down to you. Go to the astromancer’s workshop, he will tell you how to make lenses of Topaz that will let through the burning power of the sun to incinerate the pus.

Why are you here? Save yourself, or the assault squad sent by Totenhof will tear you down in a second! The mad alchemist sent his soldiers to destroy my workshop. Here you are! Your presence means that soon you shall know the secret essence of Citrinitas. The third stage of the Great Work is one of the most significant. It signifies the transformation of silver into gold, which is why Altgard alchemists represent it as the alchemy wedding of the Moon and Sun. I believe it was from them that Totenhof at one time elicited these ancient secrets. Now you shall perform the alchemy wedding as well – take the alloy of gold and silver to my laboratory to create Citrinitas’ sphere.

Place the topaz lenses on the old tripod near the adit. A sunny bunny will be born from a ray of light capable of destroying all the purulent pus if you reinforce it by pressing the golden terminals and saturating it with solar energy. But beware! The energy in these terminals can reduce you to ashes as well!

Citrinitas’ sphere resembles at once the two celestial spheres: the Moon and Sun. This is a positive sign that the alchemy wedding will take place at the appointed hour. But it will not happen soon, so be patient. Improve your knowledge of alchemy, and when you are ready, I shall call on you to ordain the alchemy wedding. Then the time shall come to complete the final stage of the Great Work!
