There is no escape from the living dead, our steel swords and spears are useless against them! But the sages offered a solution – to forge blades from arinarium, an ancient metal that lays the living dead to eternal rest. This metal used to be used to forge shackles for demons that terrorized our island many centuries ago. They can still be found here today, and more ancient demons sometimes break forth from demon clots if angered. Bring me the shackles of these demons to be melted down.

You collected enough arinarium shackles. This metal is highly refractory, so it will take some time before our blacksmiths can smelt new weapons from it. When their work is complete, I shall turn to you for help again.

You can try to hunt down the ancient demons still sometimes found lurking in Grunland. But the most effective way is to take a couple of bottles of emerald acid from Skull Caskets and splash it on a demon clot to bring forth an ancient demon instantly.
