Aplica Sangramento e Indecisão ao alvo e a todos os inimigos próximos por um curto período. Os alvos recebem dano físico ao longo do tempo enquanto estão afetados por Sangramento, e Indecisão reduz a chance de Esquiva.

Applies Bleeding and Blunting to the target and all enemies within 2 yards for 12 sec. Targets take physical damage for C of the character's Physical Power every 3 sec when affected by Bleeding, while Blunting reduces their Dodge chance by F. Affects up to E PvP targets and G PvE targets. Leveling the skill increases its strength, damage, and target limit.
