Applies Panic to the target and all enemies within 1 yard for A sec. Affected targets cannot move, attack, or use skills, and their Skill Cooldown rate is reduced by C . Affects up to D PvP targets and E PvE targets. Leveling the skill increases its strength, effect duration, and target limit.

Desbloqueio: expert skill: requires character level 18+, a purchased/dropped class skill book and a free expert skill slot (slots: +1 every 2 levels from 18, +1 per 150 achievement medals, or bought for Miracle Coins); max level 4 (from level 20 skill points can go into experts)
