Attacks all enemies within 1 yards, dealing magic damage for A of the character's Magic Power and applying Eagle Eye to the character for C (up to 10) sec, causing magic damage for A of the character's Magic Power to all enemies within 1 yard every 2 sec. Also applies Bleeding to affected targets for 8 sec with a chance equal to the Critical Hit chance, causing physical damage for B of the character's Physical Power every 2 sec and stacking. Affects up to F PvP targets and I PvE targets. Leveling the skill increases its strength, primary effect duration, and target limit.
