Attacks the enemy, dealing magic damage for C of the character's Magic Power and restoring F of maximum energy. The damage dealt is scaled by the character's maximum energy. The scaling effect weakens at high maximum energy levels, less PvE targets and more against PvP targets. Leveling the skill increases its damage, energy restoration, and target limit.
