Affected enemies are stunned for H sec, disabling movement, attacks, and skills. The Stun duration increases by I sec with higher Magic Power, while higher Physical Power increases damage Penetration by F . Affects up to A PvP targets and B PvE targets. Leveling the skill increases damage, effect duration, and target limit.
