Applies Aura of Fire to the character while active, causing magic damage for B of the character's Magic Power to all enemies within 1 yard every 1 sec. There is a H chance to retaliate with magic damage for B of the character's Magic Power when hit by an auto-attack or instant damage skill from an enemy within 7 yards, but this can only occur once per 0.4 sec. Each new unique target within the aura's range increases its attack speed by 0.2 (up to 1). Affects up to E PvP targets and A PvE targets. Permanent skill. Leveling the skill increases damage and target limit.
