Creates a flaming zone at the target location for 6 sec, dealing magic damage for C of the character's Magic Power to enemies within the area of effect every 1 sec. When enemies leave the area, they are hit with a damage over time effect for 6 sec, causing magic damage for C of the character's Magic Power every 1 sec. Affects up to G PvP targets and A PvE targets. Leveling the skill increases its damage and target limit.
