Creates a whirlwind at the target location for A sec, knocking all enemies within the area of effect 2 yards back once per 1.3 sec and applying Stun for D sec. While stunned, targets cannot move, attack, or use skills. This effect does not break when enemies take damage. After hitting B PvP targets or I PvE targets, the whirlwind stops affecting enemies for 1.3 sec. Leveling the skill increases the whirlwind's duration, effect duration, and target limit.
